Placed my first order on 19th April for a personalised blanket for our nephew's first baby. It was supposed to be delivered by 29th April but heard nothing since we placed the order. Emailed after 29th April but received no reply. Rang no answer. I then received an email on Saturday 1st May to say the order will be cancelled as they have had a fire on the Friday evening. My order should have been despatched a week before this! Would not order from this company again.

My order came very quickly but unfortunately had a few issues when I assembled the product. To be honest I was so impressed with the service given by Ola the customer service rep that resolved my issue in a very quickly and efficient manner. She was super polite and helpful and I should be getting a whole new product tomorrow due to express delivery!

Excellent product and exceptional service. Item arrived broken but they immediately arranged for replacement to be sent express delivery. These things happen and they handled it perfectly.

Ordered many time from My 1st years. Love their products and the quality. Ordered my sister a present for her new baby and personalised the box which costs extra. It came with the correct personalised presents inside the personalised box with the wrong name on it. I bought and personalised the box as we normally keep them to keep all their keepsakes in it. Emailed my 1st years where I had contact with Ines who was great. Apologised and sent a new box out express delivery with the correct personalisation on it. End of the day mistakes happen to the best of people. They dealt with it accordingly and happy all round now. Will definitely use them again :-)

My mum had purchased a white bunny rabbit last year for the birth of my daughter. The rabbit was absolutely fine until a few weeks ago when the ear completely detached from the body (something which hasn’t happened with my other daughter’s rabbit she has had for 4 years). I contacted the customer services via email and telephone and Ola was very helpful and kind and has offered to replace the bunny rabbit and send it via express delivery. I order a lot from here, absolutely love the products and will continue ordering in the future due to the excellent customer service I have received. Thank you very much!!!

Excellent company. Had a problem with the delivery of my item but the company sorted straight away and couldn't of been more helpful! Great service!

We have a lot of products from my first years but recently the quality is poor, we ordered the big/little dressing gown set for Christmas and received a dressing gown also, on the smaller gown the seems under the arms are both coming away leaving holes, same with a blanket we had last year. Shame as usually the presents are worth keeping as keep sakes.

I had a problem with an order, I didn't receive any email or shipping confirmation. I reached out to customer service and the response was immediate!

In this crazy year I am yet to meet my UK grandson so finding personalised gifts for our baby boy’s first Xmas was a little joy I could arrange from Australia. Alas gremlins interfered and our parcel was lost along the way. I was very disappointed but Ines from customer service calmly stepped in and fast-tracked replacements - and arranged an express courier so the parcel would arrive for Xmas Eve. It was an exceptional level of care at any time - but amidst the London lockdown - it was an act of true Christmas kindness.
